About the event
BAMS Fest and King Boston present the final episdoe of ARTDACITY "Put Some Respect On It: Mind, Body & Soul."
Black health is an invaluable form of wealth. In a fast-paced society, where time is short and tasks are abundant, how do we find time to slow down, process and take care of our minds, bodies, and souls? How can we overcome the stigmas around mental and emotional health to re-align our thinking to lead to better versions of ourselves and those around us? In this episode we will explore these questions and learn how to collectively take a moment to breathe.
